Nutrition Advice


  1. Eat the rainbow of fruits/vegetables every day
  2. Drink between 2-5L of water every day
  3. Make sure protein, carbohydrates and fats are in every meal (marco content can depend on how someone feels, nutrient timing around exercise)
  4. Sleep at least 7-9hours every night
  5. Try to eat when you feel hungry and stop when you are full (difficult I know!)
  6. Exercise every day, even it is just a walk outside in the fresh air
  7. Take time for yourself every day (e.g. mediation, having a bath, reading a book)
