Welcome to AstroNutrition where I publish tips and advice (science based) on whole food, plant-based nutrition at home and whilst travelling.
I have lost 50kgs (almost 8 stone) through food choices (cooking fresh food, learning portion control-very difficult especially at buffets, learning about nutrition) and exercise (following a proper cardio and weights programme). I will post advice on training and weight loss, and other wellbeing activities for example mediation or massages.
I suffer from IBS and try to follow a low FODMAP diet.
Due to my PhD in astrophysics, astronomy news will also make a feature!
